A recruitment fee is money a clinic could have spent on the doctor it just hired, or on the patients still waiting for one. We think that's where it belongs—and that charging less shouldn't mean paying less attention. What we charge is disclosed to both you and the clinic, so nothing is quietly priced into your offer.
Much of this industry is paid on the day you sign, which tends to be the day the attention ends. We'd rather know how year three is going—whether your household settled, whether the clinic kept the promises it made, whether you'd make the same move again. We track how a move is going at six and twelve months, and we stay reachable long after that.

I co-founded Careviv because moving to Canada as a UK GP is more than a career change. It is a decision about your professional future, your family, and the life you want to build.
As a practising GP with experience in clinical care, medical education, and international training, I have seen how overwhelming major transitions can become when information is fragmented and support arrives too late. Doctors deserve to understand the pathway, the opportunity, and the realities of practising in a new healthcare system before making such an important commitment.
At Careviv, I help ensure every UK GP journey is grounded in clinical reality. We bring licensing navigation, thoughtful clinic matching, and relocation planning together so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Careviv does not charge UK GPs to create a profile, receive clinic matches, or have an introductory conversation. External costs such as credential verification, licensing, immigration, professional advice, and relocation are charged by other organisations and remain your responsibility.
Yes. You can create your profile before choosing a province, clinic, or moving date. You do not need to prepare documents or commit to continuing. If you want personal guidance, you can also request an introductory conversation with Careviv.
No. Careviv does not make licensing decisions. We can compare the information you provide with published provincial requirements, identify pathways that may be relevant, and show what still needs confirmation. The relevant provincial medical regulator makes the final decision.
No. You can begin with your career, practice, lifestyle, and household priorities. Careviv can help you compare relevant provincial and clinic differences before you decide where to focus.
Your profile can include your UK GP training, recent practice, registration status, experience, preferred locations, working preferences, availability, and relocation timing. Household information is optional and used only to support relocation planning. It does not influence clinic-side matching or hiring recommendations.
Careviv compares your confirmed structured information with available clinic information using a versioned matching model. Each result explains what appears aligned, what needs discussion, and what remains unknown. Eligibility, readiness, and data confidence are shown separately. Licensing and relocation readiness stay separate from alignment.
