What we believe
We're not going to tell you the other agencies are bad at this—many of them recruit well, and one of them may find you someone excellent. Careviv exists because of two things we weren't willing to compromise on.
A recruitment fee is money that could have gone into the doctor's pay or into seeing more patients. We'd rather it went there—and a smaller fee doesn't mean smaller effort. You'll know exactly what ours is, and so will the doctor, before anyone commits to anything.
Most of this industry is paid the day a contract is signed, which makes volume the incentive and year two somebody else's problem. We'd rather be judged on whether the doctor is still with you at six months, at twelve, and beyond—so we introduce fewer, better-matched doctors and stay involved after they arrive.
Neither of those makes us the only good choice. They're simply why we'd like to still be working with you in ten years—as a clinic we know, not an account we closed.
