We started Careviv because of a gap that keeps widening. Millions of people in Canada don’t have a family doctor, while clinics across the country struggle to recruit one. Physicians retire, rosters close, and entire communities lose the continuity of care they had relied on for years.
At the same time, we kept meeting UK-trained GPs who wanted to practise in Canada but couldn’t get a straight answer about how. Licensing rules differ in every province. Those two problems are really one problem, so we built Careviv to work on both sides of it.
