About the opportunity

Careviv helps connect patients with appropriate healthcare services while supporting clinics in reaching and serving the right patient populations.

As a Healthcare Partnerships Representative, you will introduce Careviv to physicians, specialists, clinic owners, and other healthcare decision-makers. You will identify potential partners, start conversations, communicate Careviv’s value proposition, and help qualified contacts progress through our partnership process.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who is entrepreneurial, well connected, and comfortable creating opportunities independently. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed compensation. Earnings are based on the revenue generated through eligible partnerships that you originate.

What you'll do

• Identify physicians, specialists, clinic owners, and healthcare organizations that may benefit from partnering with Careviv.
• Initiate outreach through your professional network, referrals, events, email, telephone, and other appropriate channels.
• Introduce Careviv and clearly communicate how a partnership may benefit the practice and its patients.
• Qualify prospective partners and coordinate introductions to Careviv’s onboarding or leadership team.
• Remain involved throughout the partnership discussion and activation process, where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of your contacts, introductions, and partnership pipeline.
• Share market feedback and help Careviv improve its partnership strategy.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
• The confidence to initiate conversations with physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
• A professional, credible, and trustworthy approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own outreach activity.
• Comfort working in a performance-based, commission-only arrangement.
• A good understanding of the Canadian healthcare environment.
• Existing relationships within the medical or healthcare community are an advantage but are not required.
• Alignment with Careviv’s mission of improving healthcare access and navigation.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent-contractor opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed minimum compensation.

You will receive an agreed share of eligible revenue generated through partnerships that you originate. Qualified introductions will be documented and attributed to you, with commission calculations and payment terms established in the contractor agreement.

There is no earnings cap. Your compensation will depend on the number, quality, and commercial success of the partnerships you develop.
