Tell us how and where you want to practise. We’ll surface clinics that align and explain why.
Step 1
Create your Careviv profile.

Step 2
Tell us what you’re looking for in your next practice.

Step 3
Careviv identifies your best fit.

Location, schedule, practice model, workload, compensation, and team support are considered together—with room to identify what is essential, preferred, or flexible.
Specialty, licensing status, availability, and other essential requirements are evaluated separately, so practical readiness is not confused with personal fit.
When your profile changes or new clinic opportunities appear, Careviv automatically recalculates alignment and brings relevant options forward.
See what aligns, what needs discussion, and what information is missing. You decide when clinics can see you and which introductions to accept.

Doctor FAQ
No. This page is for doctors exploring clinic opportunities in Canada more broadly. Careviv is initially prioritizing matches in British Columbia. UK-trained GPs moving to Canada also have a dedicated pathway for licensing, work authorization, relocation, and start planning.
Start by requesting access, or use an invitation if you already have one. Once your account is active, your profile captures your specialty, experience, licensing status, preferred locations, working preferences, and availability. You can update it whenever your circumstances or priorities change.
Your profile can include your specialty, scope of practice, experience, licensing status, location, schedule, practice model, workload, compensation preferences, and availability. You can identify which priorities are essential, preferred, or flexible.
AI helps organize confirmed doctor and clinic information into comparable factors. A weighted model then calculates an Alignment Score based on essential requirements and stated preferences. Each result explains what aligns, what needs discussion, and what remains unknown.
Your Alignment Score summarizes how closely your stated requirements and preferences align with a clinic’s opportunity. It is not a rating of your quality as a doctor, a probability of career success, or a guarantee that either side will proceed. Eligibility, readiness, and data confidence are shown separately.
No. AI helps organize information and identify potential alignment. You choose which clinics to explore, and clinics choose whom to interview or hire. Careviv does not make career, hiring, licensing, or immigration decisions.
Your profile stays private until you choose clinic visibility. Your identity is shared according to your visibility and introduction settings. You can decide which introductions to accept and update your visibility at any time.
Protected characteristics and private household information do not influence clinic-side matching. Information you voluntarily share for relocation support remains separate from hiring recommendations.
Missing or conflicting information is shown as unknown and lowers the confidence of a match. It is never silently treated as alignment. When you update your profile or a clinic updates its opportunity, Careviv can recalculate the result using the latest confirmed information.
No. Careviv can organize the licensing information you provide and identify questions that may need confirmation. Licensing and work-authorization decisions remain with the relevant regulators and authorities.
When both sides choose to proceed, Careviv supports the introduction and helps coordinate the next steps. Depending on the opportunity, this may include conversations, offer coordination, onboarding, and planned start dates. You are never required to accept an introduction or opportunity.
These answers are general information, not licensing, immigration, legal, or employment advice. Confirm important decisions with the relevant authority or an independent authorised professional.

Co-Founder
Co-Founder at Careviv
I co-founded Careviv because choosing where to practise is one of the most personal decisions a doctor makes—and it should involve more than a job description.
Through my work in healthcare, I saw how often doctors and clinics make important decisions without fully understanding what the other side needs. A role may look right on paper, but the team, practice model, schedule, community, and long-term goals determine whether it truly works.
Careviv gives doctors a smarter way to explore those choices. We use explainable matching to identify clinics that align with how you want to work and the life you want to build. The technology surfaces the possibilities, but you remain in control of every decision.
My goal is simple: to help more doctors find a place where they can feel supported, do meaningful work, and build something lasting.

Set what matters most and let Careviv find clinics that align with your way of practising.
