With a strong desire to help others, whether it be everyday aches and pains or sports injuries, Sarah has embarked on a journey to become a skilled massage therapist, combining knowledge with empathy to promote health and well-being. Growing up, Sarah Jane has developed an early interest in sports, health, and wellness through sports such as volleyball, basketball and weight lifting. Her passion is not only driven by a desire for healing others, but is also deeply rooted in her personal experiences with overcoming multiple injuries such as ACL reconstruction and ankle sprains.
