Growing up he had a strong passion for sports such as rugby, basketball, volleyball and weight training. Having had his fair share of sports related injuries throughout the years, he recognized the impact that health care practitioners had on his own recovery and quickly found a new passion to do the same for others. So far, he has clinical experience working with athletes, office workers, dancers, patients with spinal cord injuries, residents in long term-care, new parents and more! Kevin’s treatment style maintains an aspect of relaxation while addressing the specific structures involved with your concerns. Your appointment with Kevin could be relaxing, active, educational, intense or a mix of these. Together, you’ll create a treatment plan that is designed to help you reach your goals. Techniques Kevin uses include deep tissue release, PNF stretching, Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. Outside of the clinic, Kevin enjoys staying active and experiencing new things. He loves trying out new sports, exercise classes, restaurants, or simply finding something new to watch on tv!
