Paul Kim

From a young age, Paul always been involved with sports and exercise. This eventually lead to his love for bodybuilding. However, a devastating injury in the gym redirected his focus on healing and therapy rather than strength and muscle gain. Seeking therapy allowed him to understand what was going on with his body, which was empowering as it allowed him to be proactive in his recovery. This lead to a new passion for becoming a therapist himself. As a RMT, Paul empathizes that physical restrictions and pain can be frustrating and confusing, and wants to empower other people in the same way so they can continue doing the things they love.
