Lina Ayubi

Lina is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She has a strong passion working with others to help them achieve their goals or to help achieve a pain free lifestyle! Lina's passion stemmed from her own recent injury when she tore her ACL and meniscus playing basketball and had a long recovery process in which she understood the impact her team of practitioners had along the rehab journey. Because of this, Lina has a great understanding of how to rehab the knee following surgery or how to strengthen the joint even if you’re hoping to take a more conservative approach to rehab and healing! She wishes to make a difference, even if it's a small one, for everyone she treats to help achieve their goals. During your sessions with Lina, you can expect a mixture of education and therapeutic exercises to help you return back to what you love doing. Outside of the clinic, Lina loves weightlifting, hiking, basketball and eating!
