Jalissa Veren

Jalissa is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where she completed her training with honors. Her treatment style is slow, grounded, and intentional, with a strong emphasis on presence and listening. As an empath, she values creating a safe space for clients to share their experiences and feel truly heard. Her approach to massage therapy is rooted in helping people tune into their own bodies and reconnect with what their body is communicating. She believes that when a harmonious relationship with the body is cultivated, meaningful healing and long-term wellbeing can unfold. Outside of the clinic, she can be found practicing yoga and meditation, mountain biking on the North Shore, skiing in the mountains, or routesetting and rock climbing in the gym. These practices deepen her understanding of movement, recovery, and the body’s adaptive capacity, which she brings into her treatments. She also enjoys journaling and expressing her artistic creativity through painting and crafting. She believes in an active yet balanced lifestyle that supports both physical awareness and personal growth.
