Greg is a skilled and compassionate massage therapist with a lifelong passion for movement, and wellness. Since becoming a massage therapist in 2018, Greg has a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics and the demands of an active lifestyle due to his rich background in athletics representing Canada in multiple different sports (ultimate and archery). As someone with a long history of treating sports injuries, Greg utilizes trigger point release and myofascial work to facilitate function and movement. He has worked with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to elite competitors, helping clients recover from injuries, enhance performance, and prevent reinjury. Greg is committed to tailoring every session to the unique needs of each client, combining advanced techniques with a deep understanding of the human body to provide effective relief and long-term results. With a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Health from UBC, he utilizes a holistic mindset when it comes to recovery.
