Grant is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2021 and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC. His passion for helping others led him to a career as an RMT. A sports enthusiast, Grant sees firsthand how massage can benefit the longevity of an athlete’s career by helping to decrease pain and recovery times while improving flexibility.
Grant incorporates Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, and stretching to help decrease pain and promote overall relaxation. He creates personalized homecare plans using strengthening and stretching exercises and believes patient involvement is key to decreasing chronic pain.
