Ben Berg

Ben trained at the West Coast College of Massage and is excited to bring his passion for movement, strength, and a pain-free life to the PRE community. Previously a high school teacher and competitive swim coach, he is keen to educate and connect with people learning about their own health and movement journey as you work together toward your goals. He brings a lifetime of experience in sports and strength training to the profession and is looking forward to working with people at all points in their journey to better movement. He swam competitively for 20 years, including 4 years on the SFU varsity team and a number of national championship medals. These days his personal athletic goals include training for rock climbing in Squamish and abroad, playing volleyball, training, hiking, and ski touring.
