"I was in physio with Charlene for a year after a clavicle fracture last year and follow-up surgery. She is patient, very knowledgeable, efficient, and has a great sense of humour, all of which contributed to me feeling comfortable and optimistic during our sessions. I have learned so much about my body and muscles throughout my sessions with Charlene, and was so grateful to have her on my team throughout a year of arduous appointments and, at times, frustrating recovery. I also had RMT sessions with Ron, who is kind, calm, and a great RMT. Brian, who I also saw on a few occasions, is also an excellent RMT. The receptionists and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend Physioworks on West 4th enough!"

Brian has been working as an RMT since 2011 and is a VCMT (previously Utopia Academy) alumnus.
Brian has found the “direct route” to be the most effective way to help alleviate your symptoms while keeping in mind that stress-related behaviour, postural issues and/or sport-specific movements may be contributing to your overall symptom picture. He uses direct fascial techniques that can be tailored to your personal preferences with light to deep pressure, along with passive stretching and a smidge of Swedish massage. He has experience treating clients ranging from early teens to centenarians with a range of health problems including MS, chronic pain syndromes, sports-related injuries, muscle tightness, nerve impingements and soreness resulting from motor vehicle accidents. Whatever your issues are, he will say: “Challenge accepted!” and he will work towards your goal with you.
When not at work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, listening to his vinyl collection, and furthering his passion for being a cinnamon bun, pain au chocolat or poké aficionado.
