"Charlene is an amazing physiotherapist! To see her you have to book in advance but its worth the wait! She really knows her stuff, makes good observations, develops a plan, and she does so much extra work to send the exercises to you so you can have a reference when you get back home."

I'm very impressed by the knowledge Charlene has with needling muscles and exercise prescription. She has a high attention to detail and is very focused during the whole session. It is evident that she has passion and care about her work. I'm very thankful she is helping me adapt to my new line of work which is physically demanding.

Charlene is a fantastic physiotherapist. Following a nasty pelvic and gluteal injury, I struggled for years to return to running pain free. Not only have I since been able to resume running without any pain, my performance has transformed to a whole other level. Working with Charlene was critical to my recovery and newfound endurance. Although there can be flareups if I push the envelope, sticking with the exercises and techniques I learned from Charlene will keep me performing at the top of my game. A+
