Teresa Chang completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.
A former competitive badminton player, Teresa brings personal experience with sports injuries to her practice. She combines manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and education to help clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, work-related injuries, and TMJ concerns.
Outside the studio, Teresa enjoys badminton, Spikeball, weightlifting, HIIT workouts, the outdoors, coffee, pastries, and time with friends and family.
