They make booking, unbooking, rescheduling, and all the logistics work really well, and they'll even go the extra mile to get you slotted into appointments from the waitlist if your therapist has limited availability. I'm sure all the therapists are excellent, but I can speak directly about Sheena Lynch, who is truly amazing - super knowledgeable, but also really great at adapting programs to fit the individual patient and their specific needs."

A friend referred me to PhysioWorks and I've never turned back! It is the BEST place I've ever gone for physio. The staff is friendly and professional. I have had the pleasure of working with Sheena who is truly amazing! She is knowledgeable, listens to my concerns fully, and addresses not only my present issue but is proactive about my overall health. She is also responsive, listens well, and takes the time to answer all my questions.

Have been attending and seeing Sheena. I chose this place because they responded back, gave good customer service, were attentive to my needs and schedule, and kept a positive relationship going around health and future appointments. The physiotherapist is kind and honest, and it has been such a great experience to see her while on my road to healing.
