Ruby graduated from the Langara College Registered Massage Therapy Program. During the program, she gained experience working with a variety of demographics such as students, office workers and cyclists, as well as clients at Harbour Dance Centre, Villa Cathay Care Home, Louis Brier Home and Hospital. She believes in working with specific treatments instead of deep pressure and aims to help empower clients find what works for them. Her toolbox includes trigger point therapy, active stretching, joint mobilization and tuning into breath and body awareness.
