Nurgul has been a Registered Massage Therapist since November 2017 and graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2017. Her interest in health and well-being, as well as her desire to help others, motivated her to become an RMT.
In her treatments she uses a combination of Hot Stone Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization). Nurgul has treated a variety of conditions including overuse injuries, headaches, migraines, shoulder impingement, and stress and anxiety disorders. Her clients describe her treatments as very relaxing, yet effective.
