Natalia Kubiak

Natalia believes that the power to heal lies within each person’s unique story, and counselling provides a crucial pathway for unlocking that strength. Embracing a person-centred approach, she integrates techniques from various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative therapy. To enhance the healing journey, she also incorporates mindfulness and yoga-based practices into her sessions.

With experience spanning both adult and youth populations, Natalia’s focus centers on issues like anxiety, eating disorders, learning challenges, and life transitions. For the past seven years she has been an advocate for students and families within the public school system, supporting students with diverse learning and behavioural needs.

Her perspective on wellness is multidimensional — physical, mental, spiritual, social, and emotional — and through counselling she addresses each of these domains. Beyond her professional life, Natalia thrives in an active lifestyle outdoors, in gyms, pools, and yoga studios, and indulges a passion for travel.
