Lindsay uses myofascial techniques, trigger point release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and gentle joint adjustments to help create space for your body’s own healing.
She can direct bill insurance companies under the Telus Health and Green Shield portals, as well as Pacific Blue Cross, and Medavie Blue Cross. She does not direct bill ICBC or WCB.
Lindsay graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009. Her own movement practice includes personal training, pilates, yoga, climbing, bouldering, and Lindy Hop dance.
