Krista Worden

Krista Worden is a graduate from VCMT, where she developed a strong foundation in helping others move pain-free. She blends Active Release, Pin and Stretch, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques, and Trigger Point Release with General Swedish Massage to create customized treatments that address tension and its root causes. Krista’s background in weight training, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee gives her a practical understanding of athletic performance and common sports-related injuries. Whether someone is managing chronic discomfort, recovering from activity, or simply looking to unwind, Krista’s goal is to help every client feel relaxed, comfortable, and supported. She brings attentive listening and a compassionate demeanor to each session, creating a welcoming environment for every unique individual she works with.
