Jamie Mistry

Jamie completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Western University, and her Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo. She has successfully completed Level I & II Upper and Lower Quadrant Manual Therapy courses through the National Orthopaedic Division Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIMS) Physiotherapy Program. She is a certified GLA:D program instructor for Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.

She has over three years of physiotherapy experience at St Paul’s Hospital working with a range of clientele, including people with acute neurological conditions, joint replacements, cardiac and respiratory illness and geriatric populations.

She genuinely enjoys helping people reach their physical goals, whether it is recovering from injury, preventing injury, learning a new activity or wanting to optimize performance!

If she is not in the clinic, you can find Jamie exploring the outdoors, cooking new recipes or spending time with family and friends!
