Cyril Canaria

Cyril completed the massage therapy program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). Growing up he was involved in multiple sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball, lacrosse, tennis, badminton, swimming, and jiu-jutsu. This paved the way for him to become a personal trainer for 6 years before massage therapy school. He chose to pursue a career in massage therapy to gain a better understanding of the human body and the healthcare field. His goal is to learn and improve his skills so that he can share his knowledge as a healthcare practitioner and fitness professional in the hopes of inspiring his clients to live a healthy lifestyle. In his treatments, he likes to incorporate a variety of different techniques and modalities such as trigger point release, myofascial release, muscle stripping, and pin and stretch techniques into his treatments.
