"We have been visiting Seva for massage therapy for nearly a year now and have always been satisfied with the friendly and professional staff, especially Stella and Matt. Recently, I had an acupuncture session with Jean. He was excellent at his job—very attentive and knowledgeable. He went beyond the treatment itself, sharing valuable information. I wasn’t sure about acupuncture at first, but after this experience, I will definitely continue. I just wish it was covered under physiotherapy for my insurance—that would be lovely!"

Stella recently returned to her hometown of Vancouver after completing her Massage Therapy training at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2023. Prior to her Massage Therapy education, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Victoria.
Stella is committed to creating achievable goals with her patients, whether they are seeking treatment for preventative care, recovery from an injury, or relaxation. Her therapeutic approach incorporates fascial techniques, joint mobilizations, deep tissue and trigger point work. She is deeply intrigued by the interconnectedness of mental and physical health, recognizing how massage has the ability to enhance one’s overall well-being.
Outside of work, Stella finds joy in staying active by going to the gym, cooking, and practicing guitar.
