Charles Sutton

Registered Physiotherapist, AN-IMS/Dry Needling

Charles is a graduate of the Masters of Physiotherapy program at Queen’s University and has a passion for sport, healthy living and connecting with others. His proactive, evidence-based approach combines tailored corrective exercises with hands-on manual therapy to treat pain at its source and give his patients confidence in returning to the activities they love.

Charles enjoys working with a variety of people, from athletes to individuals with little exercise experience. In his practice, Charles works collaboratively with his patients to make sure they feel comfortable, heard, and on track to achieve their personal goals.

Prior to physiotherapy, Charles competed nationally in Track and Field. He has been involved in many stages of athlete development and has worked with both recreational and internationally-ranked athletes. He combines his clinical expertise with athletic and coaching experience to identify underlying mechanical flaws that may be leading to recurrent injuries. He offers his patients the option of integrating a running analysis into their assessment and treatment.

When not in the clinic, Charles enjoys getting outside: hiking, cycling, camping, golfing, snowboarding, surfing, kayaking– you name it! A transplant from Ontario, he is always looking to add to his bucket list of outdoor adventures in beautiful British Columbia.
