Her personal journey through chronic pain and emotional healing inspired her to study yoga therapy and pursue a Master’s degree in counselling psychology. Andrea creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can untangle their thoughts, gain clarity, and find the strength to move forward. She also provides couples therapy to help partners strengthen communication and reconnect during difficult times.
