"I started my treatment at Zone 4 Physiotherapy when I was dealing with severe wrist inflammation and tendonitis. Mr. Ali guided me through different stages of treatment, starting with shockwave therapy, dry needling, laser, ultrasound, and other techniques. Later, he added massage therapy and specific exercises. Every step was thoughtfully planned and truly effective for my condition. At first, I was very worried that my hand might not recover, but Mr. Ali kept reassuring me and explaining the process. With consistency and his treatment plan, my recovery did happen—just as he said it would. He is incredibly polite, respectful, and professional. The entire team at Zone 4 Physiotherapy is kind, supportive, and welcoming. Even emotionally, I always felt better and more hopeful during my visits. I’m very satisfied with their services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs proper care and a therapist who truly pays attention."
