"I was recommended True Physio by a coworker and they were very good to recommend it. Friendly staff all around and an inviting environment to say the least! Physio has really helped with my back injury and I've had the pleasure of working with Esther the majority of my time here. She's of course very knowledgeable, as well as very patient and kind, always making me feel heard, and understanding of what I'm dealing with."

I have been to many physiotherapists before but my experience with Esther at True Physio and Pilates was unique as she not only incorporated Pilates in my exercises but also spent time in making sure I was firing the right muscles, had the right posture and was not straining my joints. Thank you Esther!

I’ve had a wonderful experience strengthening with Esther Chiang (Physiotherapist) at True Physio and Pilates. I first reached out for my worsening back and neck pain from repetitive movements on a daily basis and at work. Esther helped me focus on posture and core engagement while providing exercises and stretches that I can do to minimize tension build up. After the first two months of treatment with Esther, I was able to have longer durations of being pain free and was able to do activities without taking small breaks in between. Esther is also very diligent with her assessments, ensuring to ask about other areas of concerns during the beginning of each session. I ended up rolling my weak ankle consecutively so my treatment gradually shifted towards strengthen my calves and legs to prevent further injuries. After a full year of working with Esther, I’m feeling stronger and better. Thank you Esther!
