About Chelsea is an athletic, vibrant practitioner who views the body and mind as a synergistic duo, relaxing both in tandem. She uses her combined knowledge of fitness and orthopaedic treatment to help patients achieve their health goals. Her trauma-informed approach to the therapeutic relationship helps patients feel safe and secure in her care.
An initial session with Chelsea will include an interview and assessment of your current needs and goals, followed by a targeted hands-on treatment and suggested home care modalities to achieve the results you desire.

I recently saw Chelsea Alecci, and I was blown away by her massage. Despite having received many massages over the years, Chelsea used a neck and cranial release technique I had never experienced before. Her touch is both therapeutic and calming. I walked out feeling significantly better and more mobile–I think I gained an extra inch in my neck too! I couldn’t recommend Chelsea enough. If you're in pain, she’s the one you want to see.
