Ben will be at the 3223 location for Mondays from 9 to 5. Ben's schedule at 3140 Main St will be on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays
I have been practicing for over 19 years now in the Mount Pleasant community. I worked previously at the Massage and Therapy Center and Brentwood Chiropractic and Sports Rehab Center. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2005.
I enjoy what I do because each person is different and I use my knowledge to help each one. I use a variety of techniques which I tailor to treat each person to how I think they can improve. From myofascial release, deep tissue, structural balancing and mobilizations, I will try to unwind tension and imbalances one may be experiencing. Whether it is from an injury, motor vehicle accident, or daily stressors I will do my best to help.

I have been to several RMTs in Vancouver, booking appointments based on location and availability. In October of 2015 I booked at Mount Pleasant Massage therapy with Ben Kobayashi and had such a good experience that I now book exclusively with him. The building itself is well kept and clean, it is easy to find parking, and they offer the convenience of online booking and direct billing to my extended medical. Moreover Ben does a full assessment and focuses on problem areas- using just the right amount of pressure to relieve areas of tension. I always leave feeling refreshed and looking forward to my next visit. I would recommend MPMT to everyone :)
