I have been practicing since 2016, graduating from the inaugural Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara college in December 2015. I enjoy working with a diverse patient population. I apply a variety of methods to help treat my clients including: soft tissue manipulation, myofascial techniques, as well as traditional Swedish massage. I will work with each person to treat their tension and discomforts. I strongly believe in the practice of massage therapy as a means of helping the body recover and stay healthy. I am grateful to be able to help my clients, and better the health of the Mount Pleasant community.
