Sophie graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy Program at Langara College in 2023. Born and raised on Vancouver Island.

When she’s not working she can be found reading, hiking or hanging out with her cats. she grew up playing hockey and exploring the great outdoors CLINICAL SPECIAL INTERESTS
She enjoys working with all populations including pre and post-natal treatments, injury rehabilitation and maintenance for chronic conditions. She enjoys collaborating with patients to create a unique treatment plan. She primarily uses Swedish techniques, active and passive release, neuromuscular and MyoFascial Release techniques during treatment.
