They always listen to my concerns and pushes exercise hard enough to have some soreness but takes care not to make it so it affects me for days. Amazing therapists! Highly recommend this clinic."

Katelyn grew up on Vancouver Island, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Victoria. She relocated to Vancouver to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, and has since fallen in love with everything the city has to offer.
Katelyn enjoys working with a variety of different client presentations, with a special interest in orthopaedic injuries. Her approach to treatment involves collaborating with the client to determine a plan that best suits their needs, while helping to support and guide them along their rehabilitation journey. Clients can expect a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, with a focus on developing self management tools to help you get back to doing what is important to you.
When she’s not in the clinic, Katelyn enjoys spending her time outdoors, whether that be hiking or reading a book at the beach. She is looking forward to working with you to help you achieve your rehabilitation goals!

I chose The Physio Shop based on glowing recommendations from friends who had been treated there and after 3 months of care, I am now a Physio Shop evangelist! Katelyn and Trevor both helped me to recover from multiple injuries after a bike crash. Their reassuringly relaxed professionalism is bolstered by thorough communication throughout the course of treatment, from explaining how they assess your injury, to carefully going over the steps and exercises required to move forward. It was a truly wonderful experience and I'll be back - but hopefully not soon! Thank you, Trevor and Katelyn!
