Sukhraj Mahairhu

Sukhraj is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in New Westminster. Before pursuing massage therapy, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (UBC).

Sukhraj uses a personalized and evidence-based approach treatments, drawing from his experience as a kinesiologist prior to massage therapy. He is passionate about improving quality of life through movement and massage therapy, making it his primary focus to help his clients enhance their health and wellness.

Sukhraj’s training at WCCMT has equipped him with experience in treating a diverse range of clients, including pre/postnatal patients, athletes, patients with neurological disorders, and those with orthopaedic conditions. He is trained in a variety of techniques, including general Swedish massage, trigger point release, fascial work, active release techniques, joint mobilizations, and deep tissue massage to further enhance the therapeutic benefits of his sessions. He continuously expands his treatment skills, ensuring that each client receives the most effective and tailored treatment possible.

Outside of his practice, Sukhraj enjoys going to the gym, watching Marvel movies for entertainment, and exploring Vancouver in search of the best food spots.
