BIO

I am a Registered Physiotherapist, originally trained in India, with over a decade of international experience in India, Qatar, and Canada. Since beginning my practice in 2010, I have remained dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a broad and diverse clinical background.

I am known for my empathetic and personable approach, blending active listening, strong clinical reasoning, and clear communication with a wide range of treatment techniques. My hands-on therapy includes manual therapy, soft tissue release, therapeutic exercise prescription, clinical Pilates, electrotherapy, and dry needling (IMS).

Outside of the clinic, I’m a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, Carnatic vocalist, and a passionate Veena (Indian classical instrument) player. I enjoy yoga, badminton, and spending time getting creative through sketching and crafts.
