I will help you develop emotional intelligence, unpack your stressors, and establish healthy coping mechanisms that will propel you towards your ideal self and intended goals. I am trained to utilize EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, EFT, FBT, ACT, family therapy and couples therapy. I am here to join the healing process with you by providing a safe space for you to create the tools you need to face your challenges with a renewed sense of purpose and self-efficacy.

I am the co-founder of Aetheris Integrated Health INC. I am also a clinician working within the Health Authorities. I meet clients with mental health concerns such as chronic stress, depression, anxiety, upbringing issues, attachment issues, relationship conflicts, eating disorders etc., referred by hospitals, family doctors, and by self-referral.

I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with the intention of providing cultural safety and respect within the healing process.
