"I injured my hand in a car accident last December, and my mobility wasn’t improving even after seeing other physiotherapists elsewhere. Since starting kinesiology with Manraj and physiotherapy with Alison, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about my progress. Highly recommend this clinic!"

Manraj graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. An elite athlete in both soccer and hockey, he brings a wealth of experience in high performance sports. Graduating from John Oliver Secondary School, he grew up and still lives in South Vancouver.
Manraj played 4 years of major junior hockey with the Everett Silvertips of the WHL (Western Hockey League) playing in 194 games and scoring over 100 points. He then moved on to play with the UBC Thunderbirds of USports (CIS) and was named an Academic All Canadian during his 4 years with the team. Manraj continued to stay involved as an assistant coach after being forced to retire due to injuries. He uses this experience in his approach to rehabilitation, hoping to guide those athletes looking to reach the next level in their sports.
Away from the clinic, Manraj enjoys staying active and has recently taken up golf as most retired athletes do. As a lefty, he continues to claim that his driver’s power slice is a strategy he willingly employs.

I've been doing kinesiology at Hayer Health for about a month with Manraj. It's been a great experience. The exercises are always data driven and explained with purpose and the facilities are clean and professional.

I highly recommend this clinic for any of their treatments! Their staff has always been very welcoming and helpful. It is great to have a clinic with different specialties in one place. They all work so well together and help with the treatment plan to help you heal. I've been going to Hayer Health since Nov 2022. My back and wrist were hurt in a car accident and I was struggling with my every day tasks. I have been seeing one of their physiotherapist, Sam and when he's away I saw Alison, who also recommended that I start kinesiology and massage while being treated. I started with their Kinesiologist Sam Wu (who no longer works at HH), he was great, started to build up strength in my back and shoulders. When it seemed like my back was as good as it was going to get, he would encourage me to push on and not give up. I now work with their newest Kinesiologist Manraj, who has continued the strengthening and has given me home exercises to continue to maintain what we have gained with each session! I have finished seeing Arbind, who was my RMT, he really helped me get comfortable with deep tissue massage. He told me to breath through the deeper pressure and when he would use more pressure he always gave me a heads up so that I would breath into it. I was never good with massage and am someone who would avoid being massaged. However, Arbind knew the exact points that needed to be worked on to finally get through the tight knot in the back. I have found that having the three specialties work together has helped improve my back and wrist so much. I can actually work my full shift without pain or tightness starting up.
