"I am visiting from USA. I needed some interim PT following a knee replacement 2 months ago ago. I am so lucky to have found the Physio Shop. Masumi used massage and flexion over 30 min to help me regain flexion I had upon leaving home. He was very professional and as effective as the treatment I received at home in 45 minutes. I look forward to continuing with him while I’m here."

Highly recommend Masumi at The Physio Shop! A torn meniscus and ACL left me on crutches for months and he literally got me back on my feet - from prehab before surgery, through post-op recovery, and eventually regaining the strength and confidence to return to sport. He is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated how he took the time to not only understand my health goals but also get to know me as a person, ultimately leading to a personalized experience that fit my lifestyle and kept me motivated.

I have visited the shop a few times for treatments for my pinched nerve and I am very satisfied with the team that helped me. Masumi Thurbull was able to sort out a stretch and exercise plan that helped me recover and Kenneth Moy provided useful homecare massages and better breathing techniques that helped with loosen up muscles of the upper extremity (who knew i was breathing wrong - he did). They were very knowledgeable and took time to follow up. I really felt like they cared about helping me get better. Worth visiting.
