Puilei (Polly) Chin

Polly is a Canadian Certified Counsellor who has completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) with an undergraduate degree in psychology. She provides counselling in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Her practice is informed by many different modalities, including CBT, DBT, IFS, SFT, SE, and Mindfulness. She has experience helping people manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issue, and trauma. She is dedicated to creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space with a strength-based approach.
