Dr. SIMON CAI

Simon graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3,000-hour program in New Westminster. Simon obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, which gives him a better understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Being a soccer player and sports enthusiast, Simon is no stranger to sports injuries and ailments. His approach to massage therapy involves Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Joint Mobilization Technique. Additionally, Simon has done numerous studies in frozen shoulder and acute/chronic lower back pain.

Simon is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
