Dr. TERESA ZHAO

Teresa Zhao graduated from the 2750 hour RMT program at Vancouver Career College. During the academic time, she had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of conditions in the school clinic and at different outreaches including BC women’s hospital, MS society BC, Positive Living BC, Douglas college sports team, Emineda seniors home, etc.

Teresa’s passion is to help her patients achieve a healthy lifestyle and restore balanced body function. Her focus is on posture balancing, fascial releasing, and muscle relaxation. She is especially good at treating muscle tension headaches, whiplash associated disorder, neck and shoulder stiffness, and chronic lower back pain. She truly believes that massage therapy is one of the best, the safest, and the most natural way to heal the body and promote physical and mental well-being.

Teresa enjoys an active lifestyle and likes to do yoga, hiking, dancing, and watch movies. She also has a master's degree in business and a bachelor's degree in arts. Besides English, Teresa is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
