Pooneh is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping a diverse range of patients achieve their wellness goals, including injury recovery. With a holistic, patient-centered approach, she focuses on supporting each individual’s unique healing journey.

Pooneh creates personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of techniques, such as detailed assessments tailored to each patient’s condition, myofascial release, active release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, and remedial exercises—all delivered in a relaxing and comfortable environment.

Outside of her practice, Pooneh prioritizes her own well-being by working out at the gym, reading, hiking, and enjoying the benefits of massage therapy herself.
