About: Beyond therapeutic relief, Ava sees massage therapy as a powerful tool that can create meaningful changes in people’s lives, whether that’s improving movement, reducing pain, or helping clients feel more comfortable in their bodies. Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Ava worked as a boxing trainer, alongside playing several sports growing up. These experiences helped her develop a strong understanding of movement, body mechanics, and physical performance. This background continues to influence her approach to treatment, especially when working with clients focused on recovery, injury prevention, or optimizing function.

Ava values a collaborative approach to care and enjoys working closely with her patients to create treatment plans that reflect their individual needs. She prioritizes listening to each client and adapting treatments based on their goals, whether they are seeking targeted therapeutic work or overall maintenance.
