Brenda graduated from the massage therapy program at the Royal Institute of Science & Management in 2014, where she gained a solid foundation in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, among others. She also stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the field through continuing education and professional development.

As a massage therapist, Brenda has had the opportunity to work with diverse patients ranging from individuals with chronic pain to pregnant women and stressed-out professionals. She takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, considering each patient’s unique needs and tailoring her sessions accordingly.

When she is not practicing massage therapy, Brenda enjoys the outdoors. She is committed to her own self-care and well-being, and she believes in leading a balanced and healthy lifestyle as a role model for her patients.
